What is Alora and who is it for?

Alora is an AI creative studio built for marketers and content creators. Generate scroll-stopping images, produce professional videos, and build complete ad campaigns end-to-end — no design skills required.

How does Image Studio work?

Write a prompt, choose a model (Flux Pro, GPT Image 1, Ideogram v3, Recraft v3, and more), set your aspect ratio, and Alora generates polished images in seconds. Launch directly from a Prompt Preset or start from scratch.

How does Video Studio work?

Video Studio supports both text to video and image to video workflows. Set your prompt, choose from the current Video Studio model lineup, add references when needed, pick duration, resolution, and aspect ratio, then generate.

What is the Campaign Generator?

The Generator is an 8-step AI pipeline: upload your product reference → Alora analyses it → writes ad concepts → casts characters → storyboards scenes → generates images → produces videos → exports a ready-to-use campaign pack.

How do credits work?

Each image or video generation costs a small number of credits depending on the model and output. Your balance is shown in the header. Credits can be purchased in the billing section or gifted by an admin.

Are my generated assets saved?

Yes. Every image and video you generate is saved to your personal Assets library. Full campaign projects are saved under Campaigns. Both are accessible any time from your account.

What aspect ratios are supported?

All studios support 1:1 (square), 9:16 (portrait/vertical), and 16:9 (landscape/widescreen) — matching the standard formats for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, display ads, and more.

Can I use my own reference images?

Yes. In Image Studio you can upload a reference image to guide the visual style. In the Campaign Generator you upload your product at step 1 and Alora builds the entire campaign around it.

What are Prompt Presets?

Presets on the homepage are curated prompts pre-loaded with a model, aspect ratio, and studio target. Clicking "Try This" opens the right studio with everything already filled in — run it as-is or tweak the prompt before generating.

What are Templates?

Templates are ready-made campaign structures you can duplicate and customise. They give you a head start instead of building a project from scratch — great for recurring content formats or brand campaigns.

What AI models does Alora support?

Alora supports 12 active image models in Image Studio, 21 Create Studio tools, and a regularly updated video lineup in Video Studio. The available list in each studio reflects the current production model set.

How do I get support?

Open a support ticket from the Support tab in your account menu. You can also use the Alora chat assistant available on every page. Our team reviews all tickets and responds as quickly as possible.
