Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to Alora Generator (aloragenerator.com), operated by Jendarey Consulting Inc. (DBA Alora Generator) ("we," "us," "our").

No Refunds

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Subscription fees (monthly or annual)
  • Renewals
  • Plan upgrades or downgrades
  • Partial months or unused time
  • Promotions, discounts, or special pricing

Cancel Anytime (What Happens When You Cancel)

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual), unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • You will not be charged again after the current billing period ends.
  • You will keep access to paid features through the end of that billing period.

Upgrades and Downgrades

Upgrades may take effect immediately, and you may be charged a prorated amount depending on how your billing is configured.

Downgrades typically take effect at the end of your current billing period (unless otherwise stated).

Regardless of upgrade/downgrade timing, we do not issue refunds for any differences in price, unused time, or remaining days in a billing period.

Failed Payments and Past Due Accounts

If a payment fails or your account becomes past due:

  • We may temporarily restrict access to paid features until payment is resolved.
  • If the subscription is canceled due to non-payment, you will retain access only through any applicable grace period (if provided).

Credits and Top-Up Packs

Credits are consumed when you generate images, videos, or use AI tools within the platform. Credits are non-refundable once purchased, whether included in a subscription plan or purchased as a one-time top-up pack.

Top-up credit packs are one-time purchases. They do not expire and are not affected by subscription cancellation.

Credits included in a subscription plan reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits from the prior cycle do not carry over.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before filing a dispute: support@aloragenerator.com

Filing a chargeback may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of account access
  • Restriction of future purchases
  • Additional verification requirements to restore access

Exceptions (Rare)

We may, at our sole discretion, consider exceptions in limited cases such as:

  • Verified duplicate charges
  • Billing system errors that caused an incorrect charge

Any exception is not a waiver of this policy and does not create an ongoing obligation to provide refunds.
