B) Content You Provide ("User Content")

We collect and store content you submit or save in the Service, such as:

  • URLs, topics, notes, prompts, and text you submit
  • Drafts generated and saved in your workspace
  • Calendar/planning items (dates/times and related draft references)
  • Files you upload (if enabled), such as images or other media
  • Images and video files you upload as start frames, end frames, character references, or motion reference videos in Image Studio and Video Studio
  • AI-generated images and video clips produced from your prompts and saved to your account history
  • Support requests and messages you send to us

C) Payment and Billing Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers. We may store:

  • Stripe customer identifiers and subscription status
  • Plan type, renewal status, and invoice/payment status
  • Limited billing details as provided by Stripe (such as card brand and last four digits)

D) Communications

If you contact support or subscribe to communications, we may collect:

  • Your email and message content
  • Ticket metadata (status, timestamps, and responses)
  • Email delivery logs (send time, delivery status)

E) Device, Usage, and Log Data

We may collect technical and usage information such as:

  • IP address, browser type, device identifiers
  • Pages/screens viewed, feature usage, session duration
  • Error logs and performance diagnostics

F) Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to:

  • Email delivery (Resend or similar, as configured)

These providers are authorized to process information only to provide services to us.

We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect users and the Service.

C) Business Transfers

If we undergo a business transition (e.g., acquisition), user information may be transferred subject to standard protections.

Data Retention

We retain information only as long as needed to:

  • Provide the Service and support your account
  • Maintain business records required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes
  • Enforce agreements and prevent abuse

You may delete certain content within the Service. When you close your account, we will delete or de-identify data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

You may be able to:

  • Delete drafts or other stored content
  • Cancel your subscription through Stripe billing tools (if provided)

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link. We may still send transactional emails (billing, security, service notices).

Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect information from children.
