Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase a subscription. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Alora Generator provides a suite of AI creative tools including an ad campaign pipeline (Alora Ads), image generation (Image Studio), video generation (Video Studio), content repurposing (Remix Studio), standalone writing tools (Create Studio), a source content library (Sources), a template library (Templates), community publishing, asset management, and analytics. The Service may change over time, and we may add, remove, or modify features.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before your renewal date. You can manage billing via any billing portal we provide or by contacting support at support@aloragenerator.com.

No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated. See our Refund Policy for full details.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to generate or distribute spam, scams, or deceptive content

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited conduct.

Your Ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit and store in the Service ("User Content").

License to Operate the Service

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display your User Content only as needed to operate and improve the Service, including generating outputs you request.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit User Content (including text, links, and any media) and for how you use any outputs generated by the Service.

The Service may produce automatically generated content. You understand and agree:

• Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
• You must review and edit outputs before publishing or relying on them
• We do not guarantee results (engagement, reach, sales, or performance)
• The Service is not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice

The Service uses third-party services (e.g., Stripe for payments, email delivery providers). Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

We own all rights to the Service, including the website, software, design, and branding (excluding your User Content). You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the Service except as allowed by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if your subscription is unpaid beyond reasonable grace periods, or if necessary for legal/safety reasons.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or $100 if you have not paid any amounts)

Some jurisdictions limit these exclusions; in that case, the limitations apply to the extent permitted.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date and may provide additional notice for material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
